In-house Dental Plans

Below are a list of treatments that may be offered at 10% discount while on one of the Payment Plans:

• 10% discount on additional dental cleanings
• 10% discount on periodontal disease (gums)
• 10% discount on dental cosmetic procedures
• 10% discount on fillings
• 10% discount on crowns and bridges
• 10% discount in endodontics
• 10% discount on night guards & retainers
• 10% discount on prostheses and partial dentures
• 10% discount on whitening

This is an in house discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. The 12-month membership expires one year from the date of purchase. Membership is effective the day payment is received in full. Additional dental services listed above are offered at a 10% discount, regardless of the plan you choose. Payment is due at the time of scheduling to receive the 10% discount. Dental services not provided by our office are not covered by this plan, even if we recommend them. It is the sole responsibility of the member to maximize benefits by organizing the appropriate appointments within the 12-month membership period. If the appointments are not used, the member is not entitled to a refund. This plan is non transferable, and cannot be combined with any other dental coverage. Child Plan is for children 14 years of age and younger. For additional discounted services, please ask our front desk staff.
